Kimberley Alvarez
I am a 23-year-old from Queens, New York who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design at Queens College. I love traveling around the world and learning about different cultures. I also love going to different art museums and exhibits. Not only do these art museums and exhibits provide a lot of knowledge, but they also provide a whole tone of inspiration.
My passion for art, in general, started at a very young age and it continued ever since then. In my free time, I sketch, paint sceneries, or practice my design skills by creating new projects for myself. Design for me is all about creating a work of art that has an impression on an audience. It is all about captivating the audience’s attention. Most of my inspiration comes from many different places that I have observed while exploring different cities. It ranges from street art to well-known art museums.
